  • Discuss Budget and Expectations
  • Discuss Time Frame for Bidding Process
  • Discuss Professional Services Agreement and Construction Contract
  • Set Next Meeting 

 

Progress Meeting:

  • Submit Preliminary Bid
  • Review and Discuss Options

 

Submit Proposal:

  • Finalize a “Professional Services Agreement”
  • Discuss Residential Construction Contract
  • Establish Time Line for Selections and Decorating
  • Discuss Importance of Complete Selections and Change Order Process

 

Finalize Residential Construction Contract:

  • Establish a Final Contract Based on Selections and Decorating
  • Establish a Job Schedule
  • Establish a Draw Schedule
  • Collect Deposit

 

Begin Preliminary Construction Process:
